The "TeacherRecord User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") serves as the basis for the services provided by TeacherRecord (hereinafter referred to as "this platform" or "platform") and defines the conditions and methods under which users can use the services of this platform (including but not limited to web pages, emails, etc.). Before using this platform and its related services, you should register as a user of this platform. When registering as a user, please carefully read this agreement (especially the content in bold and/or underlined font). By completing the registration, it means that you have been informed of and understood this agreement, accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement, and this agreement immediately becomes legally binding. If you have any objections to any terms of this agreement, you should immediately stop accessing this website and using the related services.
In addition to this agreement, you must carefully read and fully understand the "TeacherRecord User Agreement" and the "TeacherRecord Privacy Policy" before using the related products or services, and agree to them.
This agreement includes various rules formulated based on this agreement, and all rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. As the platform's business operations develop and relevant policies change, the platform's user agreement will be updated from time to time. We will inform you of the updated content through appropriate means such as website announcements and emails. You can also visit our user agreement page at any time to learn about the latest version. By continuing to use this platform and its related services, it is deemed that you accept the changes to the agreement; otherwise, you should stop accessing the website and using the services.
Detailed provisions on the security of user personal information and privacy protection are governed by the "TeacherRecord Privacy Policy".
This platform is an intermediary information platform that connects candidates and employers. By providing online recruitment services, it aims to help candidates and employers quickly and cost-effectively meet their recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process.
1. "This website" "this platform" "TeacherRecord": refers to the TeacherRecord website owned and operated by ShenZhen Federated Database Education Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to web pages (www.teacherrecord.com,www.teacherrecord.cn), and mobile app applications.
2. "User": refers to individuals who have full legal capacity and use this website. User identities include "employers" and "candidates". "Employers" refer to enterprises, institutions, or other organizations that have employment needs, have the qualifications to employ, and publish recruitment and related information on this website. "Candidates" refer to individuals who use this website for job browsing, application submission, and other activities.
3. "Account": refers to the user's registered and identified information for using this website and related services. Users need to register an account to use the services of this website.
4. "Recruitment Resources": refers to various recruitment resources purchased by employers for using the recruitment services, including the number of job postings, refresh times, interview times, and contact information views.
To become a registered user, you need to provide clear contact information, mailing address, your real name or organization name, qualification documents, and other required information. Additionally, if you wish to use the value-added services of the platform, you may need to provide financial payment methods and identity information. In order to provide better services to users in a legal and compliant manner, the platform may periodically adjust the information required from users. If a user disagrees with providing the aforementioned information, they should cease using the platform's services. Users are required to consent to the platform's examination of their registration information and provide answers to any related questions or concerns. The platform will collect and use this information within necessary limits and will appropriately store and process it. For specific rules, please refer to the "TeacherRecord Privacy Policy".
1. If a candidate does not pass the 10-day protection period, the employer can mark the candidate as having a non-normal resignation status and return the recruitment resources. However, the following situations are not included in the scope of non-normal resignation:
1.1 If the candidate passes the interview and accepts the employer's offer, but the employer does not contact the candidate within 5 days to confirm the final status.
1.2 If the candidate passes the interview and accepts the employer's offer, but the employer does not contact the candidate within 5 days for relevant training and account setup.
1.3 If the candidate passes the interview and accepts the employer's offer, but the employer does not guide the candidate to complete the account and onboarding information within 8 days before proceeding to the next step.
1.4 If the candidate passes the interview and during the training process, the employer fails to provide sufficient training and fails to explain the relevant operational matters, resulting in absenteeism or termination of the employment relationship due to violations.
1.5 If the termination of the employment relationship occurs when the candidate has not violated the employer's rules.
1.6 If the employer fails to fulfill the conditions promised to the candidate before their onboarding, resulting in the termination of the employment relationship.
1.7 If the employer provides incorrect information that leads to misunderstandings by the candidate and subsequently results in the termination of the employment relationship.
2. If the candidate is admitted and the following situations occur, the employer provides relevant screenshots and matching evidence, and the admission of the candidate will not consume the employer's recruitment resources:
2.1 If the candidate does not click "accept offer" within 7 days after the interview.
2.2 If the candidate accepts the offer but does not become unresponsive.
2.3 If the candidate accepts the offer and then unilaterally decides to decline it.
2.4 If, within 10 days after the interview, the candidate violates the company's regulations after receiving relevant training and familiarizing themselves with the operations, resulting in user complaints and a number of absences that meet the dismissal criteria.
2.5 If, within 10 days after the interview, the candidate resigns or becomes unresponsive after accepting the offer and becoming familiar with the platform's terms and conditions.
3. The following content in advertisements will be forcefully taken offline:
3.1 Gender-specific orientation terms.
3.2 Terms specifying skin color requirements.
3.3 Terms specifying age requirements.
3.4 Keywords indicating specific native or non-native languages.
3.5 Contact information such as email, Skype, QQ, phone, WeChat, or other social platform information.
3.6 Unauthorized brand trademarks.
3.7 Unauthorized cooperative identities.
4. The employer's account will be frozen in the following cases:
4.1 If the candidate, while in normal employment status, appeals against their resignation.
4.2 If, after the interview, the employer privately contacts the candidate or leaves contact information through platform-related channels.
4.3 If the employer encourages the candidate during the interview process to communicate and transfer to third-party software or platforms outside the platform.
4.4 If there are 3 consecutive instances of candidate no-shows or late arrivals within 30 days, a warning will be issued. If there are 6 consecutive instances, a severe warning will be issued. If there are 8 consecutive instances within 30 days, the account will be banned from advertising for 30 days. If there are 10 consecutive instances, the account will be permanently closed.
The following behaviors by candidates may result in account suspension:
1. For candidates who fail to attend interviews three times, a warning will be issued. For candidates who fail to attend interviews five times, a severe warning will be issued. If a candidate has a total of eight interview no-shows, their account will be suspended.
2. After passing an interview, if a candidate receives three complaints from employers within 10 days for voluntarily resigning or becoming unresponsive, a warning will be issued. If a candidate receives five complaints from employers within 10 days for voluntarily resigning or becoming unresponsive, a severe warning will be issued. If a candidate receives a total of eight complaints from employers within 10 days for voluntarily resigning or becoming unresponsive, their account will be suspended.
3. If a candidate, within 15 days, passes an interview and rejects five job offers, they will receive a warning. From the first warning onwards, if a candidate accumulates three warnings within a year, their account will be suspended.
1. Acquisition of Recruitment Resources
After establishing a cooperative relationship with TeacherRecord, employers can obtain recruitment resources as agreed upon. These resources include the number of ad postings, refreshes, interview opportunities, and access to contact information. Performing corresponding actions will consume recruitment resources.
2. Advertisements
2.1 Successful ad postings by employers will consume the allocated quantity of ad postings.
2.2 Once an advertisement is online, it can be modified or taken offline, but it cannot be revoked. Taking an ad offline does not affect the quantity of ad postings.
2.3 Ads automatically go offline upon expiration. Employers can consume additional ad postings to bring the ad back online.
3. Interviews
3.1 Each time an employer opens an interview time slot, it will consume one interview opportunity.
3.2 If a time slot opened by the employer is not booked, the corresponding interview opportunity will be refunded to the employer's recruitment resources after the end of that time slot.
3.3 If a candidate fails to attend an interview due to a no-show, the interview opportunity corresponding to the open time slot will be refunded to the employer's recruitment resources.
3.4 If an interview cannot be completed due to a malfunction caused by the employer, the interview opportunity will not be refunded.
4. Acceptance
4.1 After the employer concludes an interview and confirms the intention to hire the candidate, once the candidate agrees to be hired, the employer can view the candidate's contact information and deduct the corresponding quantity of contact information views.
4.2 After the employer hires a candidate, if the candidate does not pass the 15-day probation period, the employer can mark the candidate as having left the position in an abnormal manner and have the recruitment resources refunded. For exceptional cases, please refer to Article 3, Section (1), Item 1.
If the candidate accepts TeacherRecord as the payment platform, the payment method and instructions are as follows:
1. Payoneer will be the sole payment tool.
2. The payment currency is USD, and settlements will be based on the exchange rate of the payment day.
3. TeacherRecord does not bear any exchange rate losses or any fees incurred through Payoneer transfers.
4. If payment or receipt fails due to the candidate providing an incorrect Payoneer account or if the candidate's personal account is frozen, resulting in the inability to use it properly, all responsibilities arising from such situations will be borne by the candidate personally.
