Job Description
Target students: 4-12 years old and adults
Class type: 1 on 1 or group class depending on the course.
You may teach with our clients.
Based on your availability, students will book your schedule 15 days prior to the class.
Teaching hours (UTC +8):
- Platform open time: 6:00 – 24:00 every day
- Peak hour: weekday 18:00-23:00, weekend 8:00 – 22:00 (UTC + 8)
Compensation
Hourly payment: up to RMB108 per hour (equals to $15 including bonus)
- Base Rate: RMB45-RMB80 (equals to $7-$12 ) non-native speakers
- Bonus: 10%, 20% or 35% bonus based on students’ review and teaching hours in
a month
Long available hours from 6am to midnight Beijing time. You can work at your most
convenient time. Besides, you can work with both children and adults on our platform.

Requirements
Bachelor or higher degree required
Non Native speakers with neutral accent
TEFL/TESOL certificate is a must
Online teaching experience is a plus
