Job Description:
As a Business English Coach, you will provide engaging and insightful lessons tailored to Korean business professionals. You will leverage your real-world business experience and knowledge of global corporate cultures to deliver relevant and practical content. In this role, you will help students develop the communication skills necessary to confidently explain presentations, interpret data, and engage with stakeholders in international business settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online Business English lessons with a focus on real-world business scenarios.
- Guide students in crafting and delivering clear and effective presentations, as well as explaining complex data in a way that is accessible to international audiences.
- Provide feedback and support to students, helping them navigate both language and cultural nuances.
- Develop and adapt course materials to meet the specific needs of Korean professionals.
- Share insights from your professional background to enrich the learning experience.
- Maintain a high level of cultural sensitivity and adapt your teaching methods to match the unique needs of students.
Qualifications:
- Solid academic foundation from a reputable university; prestigious credentials, such as TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent are a plus but not mandatory.
- Deep understanding of diverse business cultures and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts, including presentations and data, in a simple, relatable manner.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with a strong ability to understand and cater to the professional and cultural needs of Korean professionals.
- Demonstrated business acumen is essential. Experience in a global corporate setting is a plus, but we also value transferable skills from other professional environments.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
