1. Being able to teach Spanish in English/Spanish to set of students online in the evenings (between 5~10 pm) and/or daytime of weekends Beijing time;
2. Students are usually 6 to 12 years old. Most classes can be one-on-one in 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes depending on students' ages;
3. Teachers will be provided students textbooks and practice books with Teacher's Guidebook, but teachers are always to use supplementary materials based on the point of interest of each student;
4. The teacher candidates are required to be native Russian or Spanish speakers, own a higher education degree and a teacher certificate.

Hourly rate ranges between US$13~18 depending on teacher's education background, teaching experience and performance in the interview, with bonus from referrals.
