Working time：You can open any time slots, but the recommended
time slots are： 7-9pm on weekdays and 9am-9pm on weekends
We have no limit on the number of hours a teacher can teach within
a day
Lesson: Lessons based on
the U.S. Common Core State Standards & Chinese Standard Curriculum which is
provided - no lesson planning required
Requirements:
1. Native English
Speakers from USA or Canada
2. Bachelors
degree or higher
3. ESL teaching experience preferred
4. Holds an ESL certificate
5. Be patient
& encouraging to students aged 4-12
6. Can commit to six-month contract
7. Your information in your TeacherRecord profile must be true

As an independent
contractor, your payment includes class payment and participation incentives on
a credit score basis.
Base Pay：USD 7~10 per 25-min class（based on your credentials and interview
performance）
Credit Score：USD ($1.5~$2)*(100%~125%) per 25-min class（based on Today's Credit Score and Classes Completed Today
Total payment : USD 14-25 / hour
The payment for the last calendar month shall be payable no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the current month. To ensure your payment is transferred on time, we strongly recommend you use Paypal as the primary payment option.
