Job Description
1. Teach the designated subject;
2. Formulate and carry out the course syllabus and lesson plan;
3. Do necessary research or observations to improve your teaching materials, teaching methods and classroom management skills;
4. Make sure the course content is valuable to students;
5. Give students assignments, and grade them in time with proper feedback to help the students improve their academic performance;
6. Participate in teaching staff projects, routine staff meeting, staff training and team building events;
7. Participate in student events and give students necessary assistance for event planning;
8. Supervise study group, after-school activities and student clubs activities, such as sports clubs, drama club, art club or music group; 9. Be punctual and responsible.

Position Specification (Native Business, Full-time)
1. Position: Business & ESL teacher for the International Class (<20 students)
2. Job contents: we only have 1 international class this year, so job contents are various such as ESL course, BTEC Business, English Corner, teaching meetings, academic activities, etc., evening classes is possible.
3. Contract Term: Feb 2020 - Jan 2021
4. Salary: RMB 20k - 25k/month (after tax) paid on the 10th of each month.
5. Accommodation: Free Independent Apartment are provided, but utilities and internet fee are not included.
6. Holidays: Chinese holidays, non-pay Vacation
7. Regular Hours of Work: 30 hrs/week, Teaching 20hrs + Admin 10hrs; Lunch break 12pm 14:30pm
8. Extra Working: Schedule should be settled by both parties, summer & winter vacations, ￥400/hour (before tax)
9. Students: 14 - 18yrs old 10.WorkingLocation(s):Mainly - Nanhai Zhixin High School 南海执信中学; Occasionally - part time teaching in other high schools in Guangzhou City area, transportation service provided by the school.
