Responsibility：

2.     Answer calls from students and provide a comfortable environment to practice English.

3.     Keep the conversation going with interesting and engaging questions.

4.     Follow the policies and rules of the app. (must)

5.     Teach official courses using our specially-designed materials for IELTS, Business and Spoken English. (recommended)

6.     Give feedback to students after classes. (recommended)

7.     Create short video expressions to attract students. (optional)

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. At least 5 hours per week available time (preferably evenings and weekends Beijing time GMT+8.

2. Native or near-native pronunciation.

3. Teaching qualifications (TEFL, CELTA, TESOL etc.) are preferred but not necessary.

4. Teaching experience (not required)
