Talk915 was officially launched in 2013, which provides an online foreign teachers platform for youth and children, and they implement the "online teaching + offline service" operating model. They prefer to hire native English teachers with teaching certifications (LET/IELTS/TESOL/TEFL) and teaching experience. A minimum of 20 hrs per week is required (Minimum of 40 hours a month).  The pay rate ranges from $10-16 per hour. The peak working hours are from 5pm-11pm Beijing Time.
