USTALK

USTALK is a Chinese online education company which hires native English techers with a college degree. They provided 1-on-1 English classes (25 minutes for each class) for Chinese students from 5-12 years old. The pay rate for teachers ranges from $16-24 per hour(including bonuses), and teachers have to work at least 5 hours a week during the peak hours which is in the evenings Beijing time. Stories, animation, games, body language, props, etc. are used to simplified the difficulty of communication so as to improve students' interest in learning English and their communication skills.
