Q1、When platform or computer or network glitches suddently informs you that you can’t enter the class within 3 minutes after it starts, what should you do?
(1) Make screenshots that can show time immediately.
Check how many classes you cannot attend. You can ask for leave one hour in advance before the class starting on the APP. For the class within 1 hour, you will be marked absent but there is a chance to appeal.
Send an e-mail with screenshots to [email protected] to explain your situation. Tell them the affected class ID. They will check it. There is a chance to remove or reduce the penalty. E-mail in time can be a time proof to show you are trying to solve the problem.
Q2、If a power outage or network outage in your area hinders you from delivering lectures, what should you do?

Ask for an official notice in which the date can show from relevant department.

Q3、You or your family have a medical emergency and this hinders you from doing classes, what should you do?

Ask for a doctor’s notice in which the date could be seen.

Tardiness
Q1、When platform or computer or network glitches suddently happen, resulting your being late for classes, what should you do?
(1) Make screenshots immediately in which time could be seen.
(2)Send an e-mail with screenshots to [email protected] to explain your situation. Tell them the affected class ID. They will check it.There is chance to remove or reduce the penalty. E-mail in time can be a time proof to show you are trying to solve the problem.
Salary issues
Q1、When is the payment date?
Normally we pay once a month for the job done in previous months. DaDa will submit your salary details around 15th. Once DaDa upload your salary to Teacher Record, Teacher Record's system will send your payslip automatically to your e-mail. But there might be a delay for international transfer. The payment date is around 20th. ( Only your payment is over $25 can you receive your salary for last month)
Q2、If there are some mistakes in your payslips that DaDa sends to you, what should you do?
You can send an email to [email protected],indicating what the differences are, better with screenshots as proofs.They will checki t again. If you appeal sucessfully, the balance will be added to your salary in next month.
Q3、Can DaDa pay you through bank account directly but not through Payoneer of Teacher Record?
We can only use Teacer Record Payment Service as payment method and there are no other opitons avaliable.This is what we indicated in the first day for every applicants that payoneer is the only payment method.
Others
Q1、If you can’t log in the platform with your login informations , for example, you fail to log in the platform in a new computer, what should you do?
You should send an email to [email protected], requesting them to help reset your passwords.
Q2、If your booking is decreasing suddently, what should you do?
It might because your slots are unavailable to the students. Due to system changes, the default period of time slots is 21 days. When the validity period is expired, the slots will be invisible to the students, you should delete the slots and restart them. For example, you open the slots for March 1st on February 1st, the slots will be unavailable on February 22nd and you need to open them again.
Q3、Some slots can’t be opened anymore, what happened?
Due to the adjustment of courses, time slots for freetalk project are available from 17:30-21:00 Bejingtime on weekdays and 07:00-21:00 Beijingtime on weekends now.
Q4、If you have technical problems in class, what should you do?
If you have technical problems in class, for example, the students can not see you or hear you, you should click the “Help” button in the classroom. If it doesn’t work, send an e-mail to [email protected] to appeal immediately.
Q5、If you want to resign, what should you do?
You should give us notice for your resigntion seven days in advance. You can send your request to DaDa Advice Center on skype: live:cid.58716a79c708e40b. You need to finish all your bookings and close all unbooked slots on the phone app by yourself.
