Only when an employer accepts your application and sends you an interview invitation, can you schedule an interview on TeacherRecord. Once accepted, your application status will change to "Waiting for Appointment" and you will also receive an email reminding you to schedule an interview.

To attend an interview on TeacherRecord, the interview tool is computer with Chrome browser is needed, and you don't need to download any other software programs. For more details, you can visit the interview support page.

The TeacherRecord virtual classroom can only be accessed through a browser on a computer or a laptop. Tablets or mobile phones are not supported.
Once you're in the virtual classroom, make sure to check for a lock icon in the top left corner of your browser and enable your camera and microphone.
You can refer to the image below for instructions on how to draw, turn to the next page, give stars to your student(interviewer), send messages, and more.
If the employer provided a demo material missing in the interview room, click the file icon in the top right corner and choose the file to display it again.

If you don't want to accept an offer, you can click "View Offer Details -> Give Up Offer" to reject this offer. And the employer won't be able to contact you for your privacy protection.

Teacher Record Onboarding Navigation System is created to guide new employees through the onboarding process step by step.
