Can't sign in to your account?

If you can't sign in to your account, it might be due to one of the following:

  • The email you entered is incorrect or not registered.
  • The password you entered is incorrect.
  • The email you entered is not a teacher account or TEFL account.
  • There's a temporary network issue.
  • Your account was blocked.
  • You or you once have requested us to delete your account.

How to create an account?

You can click Sign Up to create a teacher account or TEFL account.

Can the account type be changed after registration?

TeacherRecord account can't be changed after registration. Job Seeker account and TEFL Applicant account share the same functions, which are totally different from an employer account.

📌Notice: If you have created an employer account for a mistake, you need use another email to create a Job Seeker account or TEFL Applicant account.

Can't receive verification code during registration?

If you can't receive a verification code during registration, it's usually because your device isn't connected to the internet or there is something wrong with your email. Here are some suggestions for you:

  • Check your spam or junk mailbox.
  • Confirm if your email capacity is full.
  • Wait for a while as there might be a delay.
  • Try different devices, networks and browsers.
  • Try to register with another email.

Keep asking me to enter a password when i try to Register

When you enter your email, it always asks you to sign in with a password. Here are the solutions:

  • TeacherRecord Sign-in and Sign-up are the same page, only when you had an account already, the system will ask you to provide a password to sign in.
  • You may have created a TeacherRecord account months or years ago with this email and forgot its password.
  • You can click "Forgot Password" to reset the password and regain access to your account.

How to change the password?

If you have not signed in to your account, you can enter the Sign-in page and find "Forgot Password" to change your password; If you have entered your account, you can find "My Account-Account Setting" at the right top corner.

Forgot password and cannot recover it.

The only way to recover your account is to click "Forgot Password" to renew your password. If you can not make it in this way, then you might have no access to your email. In this case, you can try to make your email available or use another email to create a new TR account.
