Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
1. Excellent command of English with standard, authentic pronunciation.
2. Hold valid and internationally recognized English teaching certifications: TEFL, TESOL or CELTA.
Teaching Competencies
1. Deliver highly interactive classroom sessions and implement differentiated teaching strategies tailored to students’ language proficiency and learning pace.
2. Present knowledge points in a well-structured, accessible manner to facilitate students’ comprehension and mastery.
3. Provide targeted error correction and scaffold students to produce complete, grammatically accurate full sentences.
4. Possess in-depth insight into typical learning barriers for Chinese English learners, and strike a balance between an immersive, engaging classroom atmosphere and measurable learning outcomes.
Professional Attributes
1. Foster an inclusive, patient and encouraging learning environment, and proactively guide young learners to speak up and participate in oral practice.
2. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for students’ learning progress.
3. Submit structured and instructional post-class learning feedback in a timely manner after each session.
Attendance & Reliability
Maintain stable attendance and reliable teaching performance, with no frequent unexcused absences or last-minute class cancellations.

Salary Structure：
Regular class：$12.5 per hour ( Base salary $12.5/h+Bonus）
Trial Class：$3.5 per hour ( Base salary $3.5/h+Bonus）
