Bachelor's degree (any field)/ associate degree
Native or near-native proficiency in English. (Japanese welcomed but not mandatory).
Enthusiasm for working with children and teenagers.
TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.

Monday to Friday Schedule (Weekends & Japanese Holidays Off).
Flexible Working Hours (8:00 - 4:30, vary by city).
