Job Summary: As an ESL Instructor at Native Camp, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels. You will use your skills and creativity to facilitate a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group English lessons via the Native Camp online platform.
• Customize lesson plans based on students' individual needs and learning objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback and assessments to help students improve their language skills.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to foster a positive learning experience.
• Manage and resolve student queries and concerns effectively.
• Utilize provided teaching materials and resources to enhance lesson quality.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning trends.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (native or near-native level).
• Previous experience in teaching ESL (online or offline) is preferred.
• TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology and online teaching platforms.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
