Job Description

Globalizing the youth of Japan in English is our goal. As the world changes, English becomes one of the most sought-after languages. Our goal is to get students interested in English through the ideas presented to teachers in public schools as Assistant Language Teachers. Help us create an atmosphere where speaking English is possible.

Heart Corporation seeks individuals to help motivate and encourage students to speak English in public schools. As a member of Socioak Group, Heart Corporation can provide exciting new challenges and opportunities for students and ALTs. Socioak Group provides childcare through after-school programs, nurseries, and nutritious food programs.

Locations to accomplish this goal:

Heart Corporation provides our service to most Areas in the Kanto Region. Kanto Region includes:

·        Tokyo Metropolitan - in and around the 23 wards, including Toshima, Shibuya, Meguro Wards, and many other areas in Tokyo.

·        Chiba Prefecture – in and around Funabashi City, Ichihara City, Yachimata City, and beach areas around Tateyama City.

·        Kanagawa Prefecture – around Yokosuka City and Keisei Town and to expand to other areas soon.

·        Saitama Prefecture – in and around Kumagaya City, Omiya area, Toda City, and many other cities in Saitama.

·        Shizuoka Prefecture – in and around Fuefuki and Tsuru Cities, we are expanding to Nagaizumi Town.

·        Ibaraki Prefecture – Many areas in the Ibaraki Prefecture, including Ami Town, Mito City, and many others.

·        Outside of the Kanto Region (Chubu Area)

·        Aichi Prefecture – in and around Handa City

Work Responsibilities:

·        Bachelor’s degree or above in any field

·        Culturally flexible

·        Pays attention to detail and delivers work of a standard.

·        Outgoing, positive, and approachable

·        Motivate students to speak English.

  • TEFL, TESOL

Job Benefit/Welfare

Competitive Salary:

Competitive Monthly Salar y-182,000 yen - 240,000 yen + transportation allowance

Types of Work – Full / Semi / Part-Time positions available, allowing us to accommodate many visa holders.

Work Week: Monday – Friday Most Saturdays and Sundays off National Holidays OFF

Work Hours: Between 8:00 – 4:30. School time varies from city to city.
