51Talk is looking for experienced teachers who have a four-year Bachelor’s degree who love working with Global students. All of our teachers make learning fun, and bring excitement and energy to every lesson in our digital classrooms!
What are the basic requirements?
Basic Qualifications
1. A bachelor’s degree
2. Proficiency in speaking the English language with a neutral accent
3. A valid diploma or proof of graduation, NBI clearance, and a government-issued ID
4. Experience in teaching English to young learners or foreigners (ESL/EFL) is an advantage.
5. A teaching certificate like TESOL, TEFL, etc. or a professional teacher’s license is preferred.
Schedule
Availability to teach during peak hours (each lesson lasts 25 minutes):
6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. Beijing Time (weekdays: Mondays to Fridays)
9:00 a.m. – 2:30 a.m. Beijing Time (weekends: Saturdays to Sundays)
Technical Requirements
1. A desktop or laptop
Operating System: Windows 10 and above
CPU: Intel Core i3 8th gen and above / i5 to i7 5th gen and up / AMD Ryzen
Memory: 8GB of RAM with a minimum of 100GB free hard disk space available
Internet: Wired / 25 MBPS
2. A headset with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
3. A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam (with at least 720p resolution)
Teaching Environment
A quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit space in your home with a plain white background

1. A large number of classes (High booking rate)
2. You can have at least 75 hours a month with 150 twenty - five - minute lessons. (You can work as much as you can.)
3. A rate of 100 peso - 160 peso per 50 - minute lesson, which will result in a monthly income of at least 10000 peso to 15000 peso. However, you can work as much as you want.
