What are we looking for?
Easy Talk is looking for experienced teachers who have a four-year Bachelor’s degree who love working with Chinese students. All of our teachers make learning fun, and bring excitement and energy to every lesson in our digital classrooms!
What are the basic requirements?
1. A four-year Bachelor’s degree
2. With a neutral English accent
3. Experience teaching English to foreigners (ESL/EFL) -Preferred
4. Availability to teach during peak hours (each lesson lasts 25 minutes):
Minimum teaching hours：15 hours per week
· 6:00 p.m. – 21:30 pm. Chinese Time (weekdays: Mondays to Fridays)
· 8:00 a.m. – 21:30 am. Chinese Time (weekends: Saturdays to Sundays)
What do I need to get started?
All Easy Talk classes are conducted as live, online, one-on-one lessons. We provide the curriculum, and you’re responsible for the equipment:
Device/Technical Requirements
1. Device: Desktop or laptop
2. Headset with microphone and noise-cancelling features (as used in call centers)
3. High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam
Minimum System Requirements of laptop or desktop
1. Operating System: Windows 7 or above or Mac
2. CPU: Intel Core i3 5th gen and above / i5 / i7 4th gen or AMD equivalent
3. Memory: At least 4GB of RAM with a minimum of 60 GB free hard disk space available
4. Network: Wired DSL Internet connection at least 3 Mbps (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
Your Teaching Environment

Teachers need to prepare their own interview materials for the interview. It is very likely that your interviewer is a child aged 6-10, and of course, they have all had experience in teaching foreign courses. Therefore, you need to select teaching materials for them based on their level.

Salary: $1.5 - $3 per 50 minutes.
For each trial class (your first class with the student), you will receive $1.3 - $2.7. After that, the full rate will apply.
There are many students (high booking rate, great potential for long-term cultivation of regular students)
