Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **English Language Instructor** specializing in **oral communication** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching conversational English to non-native speakers, helping students improve fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in real-life situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons focused on **speaking, listening, and pronunciation**.
- Tailor instruction to students’ needs (e.g., business English, daily conversation, exam preparation).
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
- Incorporate multimedia, role-plays, and cultural context into lessons.
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native English proficiency (certification preferred, e.g., **TEFL/TESOL/CELTA**).
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching oral English to adults/teens (all levels).
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Flexibility to teach online (stable internet required).
- Creative, patient, and student-centered approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IELTS/TOEFL speaking test preparation.
- Background in linguistics or education.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).

Salary: $3.5- 5.5/25 mins.
You are able to make up to $1500 USD per month. For each trial lesson (The first lesson you have with students), you will earn $3.5-4.5. After that, the full rate will apply.
