Online teaching teacher( Philippines)

1. Position Introduction

Salary and Benefits:
• Per class (25 minutes): $1 – $2
• Trial class (first class with a student): $0.5 (regular salary applies for subsequent classes)

Bonus:

• $5 extra bonus for full attendance

• Additional bonus of $15 – $45 and paid leave for excellent teachers

Teaching Content:
Business English, daily conversation, kids’ English enlightenment, and adult oral English.

Students:
Students are mainly aged 3–18.

Teaching Mode:
One-on-one classes, 25 minutes per class.

Working Hours (China Time, UTC+8):
Part-time or full-time available. Working hours: 13:00–23:00.

• Part-time: 4 hours between 18:00–23:00 (peak teaching hours in China)
• Full-time: 8 hours per day, including 4 hours during peak hours, the remaining 4 hours can be flexibly arranged.

Difference between Part-time and Full-time:
• Part-time teachers: required to work 4 hours during the specified peak period.
• Full-time teachers: 8 hours per day, 4 hours during peak hours, the other 4 hours can be arranged flexibly.

All completed classes will be paid accordingly. We will arrange classes based on your available time, so you don’t need to worry about scheduling.
