I. Job Responsibilities
 
1. Conduct one-on-one English teaching through the online platform according to students' age, English proficiency level and learning objectives. The teaching content includes grammar explanation, oral English practice, reading analysis, writing guidance and other curriculum contents.
2. Thoroughly understand the learning situation of each student, formulate personalized teaching plans, and flexibly adjust them according to students' feedback and learning progress to ensure teaching effectiveness.
3. Select and utilize appropriate original textbooks and teaching resources, such as English picture books, animations, English songs, etc., to enrich the classroom content and stimulate students' interest in learning.
4. Assign homework after class and correct it carefully. Conduct regular learning evaluations and provide detailed learning reports and suggestions for students and their parents.
 
II. Qualification Requirements
 
1. White South African citizens, with English as their mother tongue, possessing standard and fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and having a pure accent.
2. Hold a bachelor's degree or above, with majors related to education, English language and literature being preferred.
3. Hold internationally recognized English teaching certificates such as TEFL and TESOL.
4. Have more than 3 years of English teaching experience, with those having rich online teaching experience or teaching experience for non-English native speakers being preferred.
5. Be familiar with original textbooks such as Cambridge English and Oxford English, and be able to flexibly use the textbooks to design teaching activities.
6. Be good at lesson preparation, and be able to carefully design teaching plans and prepare abundant teaching materials according to different curriculum themes and students' needs.
7. Have good time management skills, with a flexible teaching schedule, and be able to meet the class needs of students in different time zones.
8. Have a strong sense of contract, strictly abide by the work agreement signed with the platform, complete teaching tasks on time, and ensure the teaching duration and quality.
