Job Description

Compensation Package:

Hourly rate: $20 - $25
Each lesson: $13.33 - $16.67

Teaching Content:

Vocal warm-ups
Fundamental music theory
Singing techniques
Music appreciation

Student Demographics:
Students are teenagers aged 3 to 15.

Teaching Format:
One-on-one instruction; each lesson lasts 40 minutes.

Beijing Time (Asia/Shanghai/UTC+8): Wednesday to Sunday
09:00 - 22:00

Availability Requirement:
You are required to provide a 4-hour bookable slot each day from Wednesday to Sunday. A daily base pay for 2 hours （3 lessons）will be guaranteed regardless of lesson bookings.

Scheduling Assurance:
We will arrange lessons according to your provided availability, eliminating concerns about scheduling management.

Minimum requirements

Nationality:United Kingdom, United States, Canada(Preferred)
Education Required:Bachelor or above
Teaching Certificate:TEFL

Other requirements

1.Music-related majors are preferred. Require certain musical literacy. Good singing skills with accurate pitch (no off-key issues). Have a strong sense of rhythm. 2. An international teaching certificate would be a plus 3. Talkative, engaging, happy, responsible and energetic 4. Good network connection 5. Quiet teaching environment 6. Well-functioning headset 7. CPU I5 Memory minimum 8GB 8. Pronunciation: Clear pronunciation/ Neutral Accent

Job Benefit/Welfare

Salary: $20-25 / 60 mins.

You need to set aside 4 hours each day for student bookings. We guarantee that you will be paid for 3 lessons（2hours） each day regardless of whether students book lessons or not. During the first three-month probation period, the salary will be $20 per hour, and it will be adjusted to $25 per hour thereafter.
We will provide a detailed teaching plan, and you will receive professional training.
All teaching resources include simple children's songs and popular songs for kids.
It will truly be a joyful experience working in music.
High booking rate (Students can book your flexible hours, and our professional team will also arrange students to fill in your open schedule
