Job Requirements

Minimum requirements

Teaching Certificate:TEFL

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and metrics - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services - Work in a team environment to achieve customer service goals
