Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Undertake English curriculum teaching work (covering children/adolescents/adults, specific learning stages can be specified), focusing on the cultivation of comprehensive language abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and emphasizing the improvement of practical communication skills;
2. Design lively and interesting lesson plans, integrate multimedia resources, interactive games and other diversified teaching methods, stimulate students' interest in learning, and create an active classroom atmosphere;
3. Regularly evaluate students' learning progress, provide personalized feedback and after-school tutoring, help students solve learning difficulties, and develop targeted improvement plans;
4. Participate in optimizing the curriculum system and updating teaching materials, combining international curriculum standards such as CCSS/CEFR or local teaching syllabi to improve teaching content;
5. Organize English themed activities (such as speech contests, theatrical performances, cultural salons, etc.) to spread the cultural customs of English speaking countries and promote cross-cultural communication;
6. Collaborate with local teacher teams for teaching and research, participate in teaching conferences, share overseas teaching experience, and jointly improve teaching quality;
7. Maintain effective communication with parents, regularly provide feedback on students' learning progress and growth, and answer parents' questions.
Qualifications&Requirements Job Requirements
mandatory requirement
1. Native English speakers (nationality restrictions: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland) are preferred, with a pure accent and fluent expression;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in education, English literature, linguistics, or related fields, and a minimum of 2 years of graduation (meeting the requirements for Z-visa application);
3. Hold valid English teaching qualification certificates such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA;
4. Applicants with more than 1 year of full-time English teaching experience (or more than 2 years of part-time experience), K12 stage teaching experience, ESL teaching experience are preferred, and those familiar with the learning characteristics of Chinese students will receive extra points.
Ability and Literacy
1. Passionate about the education industry, full of love, patience, and sense of responsibility, good at observing students' needs, and able to teach students according to their aptitude;
2. Possess excellent classroom management skills, able to maintain a positive and orderly learning atmosphere, and flexibly respond to unexpected classroom situations;
3. Adapt to a multicultural environment, enjoy integrating into Chinese life, and establish good cooperative relationships with students, parents, and colleagues;
4. Proficient in using office software (PPT, Word) and common educational technology tools, and able to independently develop teaching aids is preferred;Having good communication and expression skills, as well as a team spirit, willing to participate in professional development training organized by the school.
