Online English Teacher Recruitment

Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver one-on-one：25-minute English classes to children (ages 4–17) and adults (18+).
2. Instruct diverse courses： including textbook-based lessons, reading/writing workshops, English picture books, animation-supported sessions, and Cambridge exam preparation.
3. Utilize the complete courseware provided by the platform to ensure engaging, high-quality instruction.
Requirements
1. Native or near-native English pronunciation, with strong communication skills to convey content clearly and effectively.
2. Passion for education, patience, and a sense of responsibility; ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups.
3. Reliable internet connection and equipment suitable for online teaching (to ensure seamless class delivery).
4. Prior English teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certification is highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
1. $3.5-12 per 25-minute class. New hires are required to conduct one free demo class or a teaching trial using designated courseware upon onboarding.
2.Probation period: 2 weeks. You will be eligible for regularization upon completing 30 classes per week during the probation.New Employee Salary Rules: The first 30 classes will be settled at 80% of the standard salary, and the payment will automatically switch to the full salary after completing 30 classes.
3. Steady class volume (no concerns about unfilled slots)—earn compensation for every class completed. Salary increases progressively with teaching experience.
Working Hours (China Standard Time, UTC+8)
1. General availability window: Monday–Friday 14:00–22:00; Saturday–Sunday 8:00–22:00.
2. Part-time: 4 hours per shift during peak hours (17:00–21:00).
3. Full-time: 8 hours per day (4 hours during peak hours 17:00–21:00)
