Job Description

Teach engaging conversational English lessons for young learners through online platform.
Deliver lessons according to well-structured lesson plans to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Utilize a variety of innovative oral teaching methods and address student inquiries based on individual needs.
Conduct 25-minute, highly interactive online sessions that captivate and motivate young learners.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements

Nationality:United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand(Preferred)
Education Required:Bachelor or above
Years of Experience:3-5 Years

Other requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Certification: Valid teaching certification. • Experience: Prior experience in teaching preferred. • Personality: Outgoing, actively engaging and motivating students. • Skills: Communication skills and sense of responsibility. • Technical Requirements: Desktop or laptop with a fast internet connection and audio & video capability. • Passion: Genuine love for online teaching and teaching English to young

Job Benefit/Welfare

Location: Work remotely from anywhere in the world.
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential for renewal)
Start Date: Immediate availability
Flexible Hours: Choose from 10 am to 9 pm Beijing time (GMT+8).
Performance Reviews: Enjoy an increase in hourly rate based on performance evaluations every 6 months.
