Requirements：
Most of our students are beginners with little or no English foundation.
Have strong communication skills with young children and enjoy working with them.
Be patient, responsible, and supportive in class
Be able to use simple teaching props or visual aids to engage students and maintain their attention
Demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism, including punctuality and time management
Arrive on time for all classes and remain present for the full lesson duration
Avoid early departures or late arrivals without prior approval
Teaching experience or TESOL/TEFL is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome.

Benefits & Compensation
Trial lesson:
The initial trial lesson is unpaid and used for evaluation.
Starting lesson rate:
USD $2-4 per 50-minute lesson, with opportunities to increase up based on performance and attendance.
Highest buying rate for the month bonus: $10
Highest buying rate for three consecutive months bonus: $30
Stable class opportunities:
Teachers who are punctual and receive good student feedback will be given priority booking to maintain steady teaching hours.
Clear growth path:
Teachers can receive rate increases based on long-term performance, reliability, and student retention.
