Job Responsibilities
1.Deliver 1-on-1 English courses to learners of different ages and English proficiency levels via the online teaching platform; course content covers daily oral English, English foundation for beginners, business English, exam preparation, etc.

2.Design course content and teaching plans carefully according to learners’ learning needs and actual proficiency, ensuring courses are both interesting and practical to stimulate learning interest.

3.Actively guide learners to participate in interactions during classes, encourage them to speak up, correct pronunciation and grammar errors in a timely manner, and provide professional and effective learning feedback and suggestions.

4.Understand learners’ learning progress and needs, continuously optimize teaching methods and course content, and enhance learning experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications
1.Filipino nationality; native-level English proficiency or equivalent, with standard pronunciation and solid grammar knowledge.

2.At least 2 years of English teaching experience; priority will be given to candidates with relevant teaching qualifications such as TESOL or TEFL certificates.

3.Proficient in using online teaching tools (e.g., ClassIn) or other platforms; adaptable to remote teaching mode, with a stable internet connection and teaching equipment.

4.Strong communication and classroom organization skills; patient and responsible, able to flexibly adjust teaching methods according to learners’ characteristics.

5.Passionate about English teaching and the education industry; good team spirit and service awareness.
