Directly teach primary students (Grades 1–5).
Provide dedicated student support and continuously assess learners’ progress throughout the course.
Monitor and report students’ academic performance to parents on a monthly basis.
Handle students’ and parents’ inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Provide remedial lessons for underperforming students.
Participate in extracurricular activities organized for students.
Attend internal training sessions organized by the institution.
