Assess students’ proficiency, track learning progress, and provide personalized feedback to help them achieve goals.
Cooperate with the teaching team to improve teaching quality
Communicate with students and parents (for kids) timely, and build good teacher-student relationships.
Abide by the institution’s rules, follow the class schedule, and ensure punctual and smooth classes.

Daily Work Content
Prepare lessons in advance, adjust lesson plans and prepare necessary teaching aids.
Conduct online classes on time with interactive methods to ensure teaching effectiveness.
Follow up after class: record students’ performance, correct homework, and adjust teaching methods timely.
Attend online training, lesson preparation and experience exchange meetings.
Assist in updating teaching materials and lesson plans as needed.
Maintain personal teaching equipment and feedback problems timely.

Salary Details
The salary is calculated on an hourly basis, with different rates for trial classes and formal classes, and additional bonuses are provided based on teaching performance, which is paid regularly every month.
