Key Responsibilities
Teach 1v1 online English classes per the schedule and curriculum.
Engage students with interactive lessons; track progress and provide feedback.
Prepare lessons and use provided materials; maintain a positive atmosphere.
Attend meetings; follow school rules and ensure class punctuality
Working Hours:
You can choose part-time or full-time work hours, which are China Time: 13:00-21:00
Part-time: Work 4 hours between 18:00-21:00 (China's peak teaching period)
Full-time: Work 8 hours a day, 4 of which need to be completed between 18:00-21:00, and the remaining 4 hours can be arranged flexibly
Difference between Part-time and Full-time:
Part-time teachers need to work 4 hours during specific peak periods
Full-time teachers work 8 hours a day, 4 hours during peak periods, and the other 4 hours can be flexibly arranged according to personal schedule
Whether part-time or full-time, you will get corresponding remuneration for the completed classes
We will arrange classes according to the available time you provide, so you don't have to worry about the schedule

Salary Details
The salary is calculated on an hourly basis, with different rates for trial classes and formal classes, and additional bonuses are provided based on teaching performance, which is paid regularly every month.
