Job Description
We are looking for native English speakers or fluent English speakers to provide one-on-one online English lessons to learners aged 4 and above.

Our students come from different age groups and have different English levels and learning goals. Teachers are expected to tailor their lessons according to each student's age, English level, learning goals, and individual needs. Teachers may also use designated textbooks requested by the student.

This is a flexible online English teaching opportunity. Teachers can choose their available teaching hours based on their own schedules.

 
Main Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one English lessons through an online platform
Teach students according to their age, English level, and learning goals
Adapt teaching content and teaching methods according to each student's specific needs
Use designated textbooks when requested by the student
Help students improve their spoken English and practical communication skills through English conversation and interaction
Provide patient, positive, and supportive guidance based on each student's learning needs
Create a friendly, relaxed, and positive English learning environment

Teachers may work with children, teenagers, and adults, so the ability to adapt teaching styles to different age groups is important.

 
Teaching Format
Online one-on-one English lessons
Lessons are conducted according to each student's individual needs and learning goals
Designated textbooks may be used at the student's request
Teaching content and methods can be adapted according to each student's needs and level
 
Working Hours
Available teaching hours are:

09:00–22:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8)

Part-Time Teachers
Part-time teachers can freely choose their available teaching hours between 09:00 and 22:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8) according to their own schedules.

You can choose the teaching hours that work best for you, with no requirement to work a fixed number of hours every day.

 
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $2–$4 per hour
Compensation is calculated based on the hourly rate and the actual teaching time
The specific rate may vary depending on the teacher's qualifications, experience, and platform arrangements
Teachers receive payment for completed lessons
 
Requirements
Native English speaker or fluent English speaker with natural English communication skills
Strong spoken English and communication skills
Enjoy working with and interacting with students of different age groups
Patient and comfortable communicating with children, teenagers, and adults
Able to adapt teaching content and teaching methods according to students' needs
Able to use designated textbooks when requested by students
Responsible and punctual
Able to provide students with a positive, friendly, and high-quality learning experience
