
We recruit full-time and part-time teachers to deliver 25-minute or 50-minute one-on-one lessons for long-term students aged 6–18 nationwide in China. Prepare lessons and conduct classes in line with platform requirements. All curriculum materials are provided by the BloomSpeak platform, and all lessons must be held via ClassIn;Communicate with the BloomSpeak team regularly to discuss optimal teaching strategies and steadily boost teaching results. Assign offline practice homework to students. After grading the work, send personalized feedback to each student before their next class.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay rate: $2–$4 USD per 50‑minute lesson, with salary adjustments based on teaching performance. Trial lessons are paid at the same rate as regular lessons. Earning potential: up to $1,000 USD per month with high booking rates and long-term student assignments.
Working Hours
Part‑time: A minimum of 2 working hours per day from Monday to Friday, within the peak teaching window of 17:00–21:00 (Beijing Time).
Full‑time: 8 working hours per day, with at least 4 hours scheduled during the 17:00–21:00 peak period. Two days off per week.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging 1‑on‑1 lessons (25 or 50 minutes) to students aged 4–12 using pre‑designed curriculum provided by BloomSpeak Academy. Provide constructive post-class feedback and grade students’ homework before each upcoming session. Collaborate regularly with the BloomSpeak teaching team to share best teaching practices and optimize instructional methods.
