I. Basic Job Information
Job Title: Online ESL Teacher for Children
Target Learners: Chinese children aged 4 - 12
Teaching Format: Live online classes (no pre-recorded lessons). AI-powered teaching support. Free unified training on platform backend operations and teaching system.
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time available
II. Job Requirements (Exclusive Standards for Foreign Teachers)
Basic Qualifications
1. Native English speakers from European and North American countries with authentic pronunciation.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above; Majors in Education, English or related fields preferred.
3. Hold internationally recognized English teaching certificates such as TESOL / TEFL / CELTA , with valid qualifications for English teaching.
4. Friendly, strong on-camera performance, suitable for live online children’s classrooms.
Teaching Experience
1. Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience for young learners; familiar with language acquisition patterns of young Chinese children.
2. Prior live online teaching experience and proven ability to engage students preferred.
Core Competencies
1. Accept the AI-assisted live teaching model; able to quickly adapt to the platform’s standardized curriculum and complete pre-service training.
2. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with students and parents, provide learning progress feedback and after-class support.
III. Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver scheduled AI-assisted live online lessons, create engaging and effective classes, and ensure teaching quality and high classroom participation.
2. Teach using the platform’s standardized AI curriculum, tailor instruction to the learning characteristics of Chinese children.
3. Attend company-wide teaching training and review sessions, and cooperate to optimize teaching materials.
IV. Hardware & Environment Requirements for Live Teaching
1. Stable high-speed internet with no frequent lag or disconnection to ensure uninterrupted live sessions.
2. An independent, quiet, noise-free dedicated teaching space with a neat background.
3. Self-provided high-definition webcam and noise-cancelling microphone to guarantee clear video and audio during live streaming.
