Job Overview
• Position: Online English Teacher (Filipino)
• Teaching mode: One-on-one online, 25 or 50 minutes per class

Responsibilities
• Conduct one-on-one online English teaching, covering daily conversation, foundation for children, business English and adult speaking.
• Teach according to the materials, creating a lively and interactive classroom.
• Use interactive techniques (TPR, props, situational guidance) to keep students engaged.
• Attend classes on time, complete lesson preparation and post-class feedback.
• Maintain a stable schedule and cooperate with teaching quality evaluation.
Daily Work
• Deliver classes according to the schedule, mostly during evening peak hours.
• Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling matters.

Work & Salary
• Class format: One-on-one online classes, 25 or 50 minutes each.
• Working hours: Suggested 08:00-23:00 (China Time, UTC+8).
• Pay: Tiered class rate by experience (approx. 2.5-4.0 USD/hour), plus attendance and referral bonuses.
• Payment & scheduling: All completed classes are paid; scheduling is arranged based on your availability.
• Salary settlement period:
· Salary settlement period: Payment will be made every two weeks.
· Payment date: Payment will be made on the 1st and 16th of each month.
