Job Description

We are an online education platform specializing in English pronunciation training. We are looking for native English speakers to provide live pronunciation correction sessions via online video. Our goal is to help Chinese learners improve their English pronunciation and reduce their accent. Classes may be one-on-one or in small groups, depending on scheduling.

What you will do:

1.Teach 30–45 minute live online pronunciation correction sessions.

2.Listen carefully, identify pronunciation errors, and demonstrate correct pronunciation clearly on camera.

3.Provide students with practical improvement tips and positive encouragement after each practice.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements

Nationality:United States(Preferred)
Education Required:Bachelor or above
Teaching Certificate:TESOL, TEFL

Years of Experience:Less Than 1 Year

Other requirements

1.Native English speaker with no strong regional accent; pronunciation should be standard and clear. 2.Comfortable teaching on camera, with a quiet, well-lit space and a stable internet connection. 3.Experience correcting Chinese learners’ pronunciation is highly preferred. Nice to have (but not required): 1.A background in phonetics, pronunciation teaching, or accent modification. 2.Relevant certificates are also welcome. 3.Online teaching experience

Job Benefit/Welfare

1.Base rate: $18–$35/hour + Performance incentives.

2.Sessions will be scheduled based on the availability you provide.
