About our School
WeaTeach is an online tutoring marketplace where teachers keep their own students. Every tutor gets a personal profile page with their photo, intro video, prices and calendar, and students book and pay through it directly. There is no fixed shift, no minimum hours and no agency between you and the student — you set your own rates, your own hours and your own lesson lengths (25 or 50 minutes). Our students are adults and teenagers from Turkey, Iran, China, Europe and the Gulf, learning general English, IELTS/TOEFL preparation, business English, conversation practice and exam coaching. Lessons run in our own browser classroom with video, whiteboard, file sharing and recording — nothing to install.
Job Content
Teach one-to-one online English lessons (25 or 50 minutes) at the times you open on your calendar
Plan lessons around each student's goal: speaking confidence, IELTS/TOEFL band, business or interview English, grammar repair, exam preparation
Give short written feedback after a lesson and keep a simple record of progress
Answer trial-lesson students promptly and turn them into regular learners
Keep your profile, prices and availability up to date
Job Requirements
Native or near-native English (C1+)
A degree, or a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate, or demonstrable teaching experience
Stable internet, a quiet room, a working webcam and headset
Comfortable teaching adults online and using a browser-based classroom
Reliable with your own calendar — open only the hours you can genuinely teach

Set your own hourly rate and keep the large majority of what you charge

Your own public tutor page, indexed on Google, with your photo, video, subjects and reviews — we bring the students to it through search and paid advertising
