Teaching Responsibilities:
1. Conduct live online English classes for domestic students (children, teenagers, and adults, covering exam preparation, conversational English, IELTS, TOEFL, and other courses) via online teaching platforms.
2. Tailor lesson content based on each student's English proficiency, create a relaxed and immersive English-speaking environment, and help improve students' speaking, listening, and language sense.
3. Provide timely feedback on students' classroom performance after each class, complete class records and learning reports, and cooperate with academic affairs staff to follow up on students' learning progress.
Teaching Format: One-on-one
Working Hours: Any time slot throughout the day.
Job Requirements:
1. Open to all nationalities. Native or near-native English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent (British, American, Australian, Canadian, Singaporean, or Filipino accents without strong regional dialect).
2. Fluent English communication skills, able to conduct classes entirely in English.
3. Prior teaching experience preferred: experience in children's English, K12, adult conversational English, IELTS, or TOEFL is a plus. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred.
4. Stable internet connection; equipped with a computer, HD webcam, and noise-canceling headset; quiet and independent teaching environment.
5. Patient, approachable, skilled at engaging students and creating an interactive classroom atmosphere.
6. No record of professional misconduct; respectful of Chinese students and local culture.

Remuneration:
1. Class hour rate standard:
(1) 25-minute class: 6.5--8 US dollar for each completed class;
(2) 50-minute class: 13--16 US dollars for each completed class.
After three months, the class hour rate will be increased based on indicators such as teaching quality, student satisfaction and course renewal rate.
