Online English Tutor
We are hiring enthusiastic online English tutors for 1-on-1 live classes.
✅ Pay Rate
- Regular class: $1.2–$21 per 50-minute lesson. Your pay tier will be assessed based on your nationality, teaching experience and classroom performance.
- Trial class (the first lesson with a new student): 50% of your own confirmed regular class rate. Your full confirmed rate applies to all subsequent lessons with the student.

Daily conversation, business English, job interview practice, visa interview preparation, free talk and young learners’ kids English.

Learners aged from 3 years old to adults.
✅ Class format
1-on-1 online live classes, 50 minutes per session.
✅ Working Hours (China Time UTC+8 / Asia/Shanghai 13:00–23:00)
You may set your own available time slots freely. There are no mandatory fixed shifts.
Important: Once a class is booked, you are required to show up on time and prepare teaching materials ahead of the lesson.

Salary: $1.2–$21 per 50 mins regular class. Your fixed pay tier will be confirmed after assessment, based on your nationality, teaching experience and teaching performance.
For each trial lesson (the first lesson with a new student), you earn 50% of your individual regular lesson rate. Full tier rate will apply for all follow-up lessons with that student.
Students range from 3-year-old young learners to adult learners. Lessons cover kids English, daily conversation, business English, job interview practice, visa interview and free talk.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
You can freely set your own available time slots with no mandatory working hours. Students can book your open schedule, and our operation team will also help match students to fill your available slots.
We have stable student resources with consistent booking flow, and you can build long-term regular students over time.
Perfect attendance bonus: 3% of your monthly total earnings
Monthly top trial conversion bonus: 5% of your monthly total earnings
Most regular classes completed in a month bonus: 2% of your monthly total earnings
Sustained high conversion for 3 consecutive months bonus: 6% of your total earnings of the third month
On-time monthly payout, our operation team offers support for student coordination.
