Online Interviewer (Filipino)

Duration per interview: 20 minutes

Interview type: 1V1

Fixed interview flow for every session:

1. Candidate self-introduction: 2-3 mins

2. Verify candidate information: 5-8 mins

3. Demo teaching: 10 mins

You will role-play an 8-year-old student with basic-level English. 
You may pretend not to understand some of the questions. 
Evaluate whether the applicant’s teaching style is cheerful, engaging and interactive, with appropriate use of body language.

4.Closing Inform the applicant that HR, who has been in touch with them, will share the interview result within 2-3 business days. They should also keep an eye on their email inbox.
