4. Develop or expand content on the topics VIP learners request
Requirements：
1. Certified with TKT/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent qualifications
2. Familar with online teaching platforms and tools
3. 2years+ experience of teaching online to adult learners
4. Can commit 16+ hours per week during 7-9pm
