2. If a referred teacher successfully passes an interview for a Teach Abroad job, there will be a significant period of time before they officially onboard.
3. Teach Abroad jobs usually involve candidates who are not located in the country where the job is based. As a result, there is a lengthy process involved, including visa preparation, flight arrangements, relocation, and potentially a probation period. This process can take several months or even up to half a year. Therefore, if the referred teacher's status is "Interview finished" and it has not changed to "Application rejected," it indicates that they are currently in the process of preparing for onboarding. In such cases, please wait patiently for further updates.
When your referred teacher's status changes to “Referral Succeeded”, you can go to your TeacherRecord account's wallet to withdraw your commissions.
When you refer teachers for teach abroad jobs, there is a higher commission available, but it takes a longer time to achieve a successful referral. This is because the visa application and recruitment process for teach abroad jobs involve teachers from different countries, which can be time-consuming. Teach abroad jobs usually require a long-term recruitment process. However, if you consistently recommend teachers every month, there will still be teachers who meet the reward conditions and become successful referrals each month, despite the longer process.Additionally, if you recommend local teachers who do not need to travel long distances, the time required to meet the reward conditions can be significantly shortened.
