VIPX is a Chinese online education platform founded in 2014, whose goal is to help cultivate a student’s interest in education. They hire native English speakers (or IELTS Band 9.0) to teach one-on-one classes at least 40 minutes to students age 4-15 years old. Applicants should complete a bachelor's degree and obtained a teaching credential like teaching certificate, TEFL, TESOL. Degree in teaching or in a specialized subject with a certificate in education is preferred. The pay rate ranges from $15-22 per hour, and the teaching hour is: 5:50 PM to 9:10 PM on the weekdays, 8:40 AM to 9:10 PM on weekends (Beijing time). And teachers should at least work 10 hours per week during peak time.

Pros:
Great support for technical issues. Clear pay-stubs and tracking data for your classes.
Always pays on time. In the last three years, I have never received incorrect or late payments. - The students are awesome. - Stable students.

Cons:
Online job is completely different from an offline job, should be prepared for the differences.
