Job Description

Providing good customer service while helping our Korean students learn and improve their communication skills through audio and video English classes.
Giving complete class documentation and scheduled evaluation reports so teachers can easily monitor and review their performance and improvement.
Accomplishing work-related tasks given by the company, officers, and managers.

Qualifications

College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
Preferably with teaching experience, but not required
Ability to communicate effectively; must be flexible and willing to be trained
Must have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
Good character and work ethics are required

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements

Nationality:Philippines(Preferred)
Education Required:High School or above
Teaching Certificate:TEFL, TESOL, TRA, TESL, Other ESL Certificates, PRC

Technical Requirements: Desktop or Laptop Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or above CPU: Intel Core i3 5th gen / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent Memory: At least 4GB of RAM with a minimum 60GB free hard disk space available Headset with extended microphone and noise-canceling features High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam (with at least 720p resolution) Wired Fiber Optic Internet connection of at least 10mbps (LTE and WIFI connections are NOT allowed) Download speed of at least 2.0 mbps or higher | upload speed of at least 1.0 mbps or higher A quiet and well-lit space in your home with plain white background

Job Benefit/Welfare

Shifts:

AM Full-time (5 am to 2 pm) Monday-Friday
PM Full-time ( 2pm to 11 pm) Monday-Friday

AM Part-time (5 am to 9 am) Monday-Friday, MWF,TTH
PM Part-time ( 7pm to 11 pm) Monday-Friday,MWF,TTH
PM Part-time (5 pm to 11 pm) Monday-Friday.

Rate:

Full-time: P17,000.00 – P20,000.00 a month

Part-time: P8,000.00 – P11,000.00 a month

Supplemental: Paid training, overtime, 13th month pay, performance bonus
