Job Description

SpeakySprouts is an online English learning platform for kids,teenagers and adults in China, where each student can freely choose a teacher for classes.

Salary Range: 6-20 USD/50 mins
Class time: Based on teachers' actual situation which means as long as teachers are willing, then they can open their available slots, and students can choose classes based on teachers' schedule.

Booking Peak Hours: 4-10 pm on working days, 9 am- 10 pm on weekends. (Beijing Time)
Class duration: 25 minutes per class

Student Age: 4-18 & adudlts
APP used for Class: ClassIn
Teching Materials: provided

What we need from you:

1. resume ( with age and nationality)

2. Degree certificate

3. Teaching qualified certificate

4. at least one professional picture ( the more clear the better)

5. self-introduction video ( about 1 minute)

The video introduction will be put on our platform and students will choose their first teacher accoridng to it. So please take the video seriously.

Minimum requirements

Nationality:Non-Native-Speaker, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa(Preferred)
Education Required:Bachelor or above
Teaching Certificate:TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, TESL

Other requirements

1. Teaching experience in online English is preferred 2. An international teaching certificate would be a plus 3. Talkative,engaging, responsible and energetic 4. Good network connection 5. Quiet teaching environment 6. Well-functioning headset 7. CPU I5 Memory minimum 8GB 8. Pronunciation: Clear pronunciation/ Neutral Accent
