Responsibilities:
Prepare students for IBPD program by delivering IGCSE/Pre-IB classes
Organize annual senior school drama festival
Help establish and participate in running of drama club
Implement school policies and guidelines
Support initiatives decided by head of Department and head of school
Establish respectful, professional relationships with colleagues, parents and other
adults
Plan appropriately to meet the needs of all the students
Maintain good order and discipline amongst the students, in accordance with the
school’s behaviour policy
Create a stimulating learning environment, where resources can be accessed
appropriately by all the students
Keep appropriate and efficient records, integrating formative and summative
assessment into weekly and termly planning
Accompany and support students during off site activities as needed
report to parents on the development, progress and attainment of students
Participate in meetings which related to the management, curriculum and
organization
Undertake professional training and development as required
Undertake all the reasonable duties when requested by the Senior Leadership Team
Undertake normal pastoral duties
Qualifications:
Required Certificates: Teaching Credential/License
Education Required: A minimum of a bachelor's degree; candidates with appropriate
teaching qualifications are preferred
Teaching Experience: Candidates with over 5 years’ related full time IGCSE related
international curriculum teaching experience are preferred
