Official English Translation (For Foreign Teachers)

1. Position Introduction

Salary and Benefits:

• Regular class (25 minutes): $5–9

• Trial class (first class with a new student): $2 (regular pay applies for all future classes)

Bonus & Benefits:

• $10 full attendance bonus

• Additional monthly bonus of $40–80 for excellent teachers

• Paid leave provided

Teaching Content:
Business English, daily conversation, English for kids, and adult conversational English.

Students:
Students are mainly aged 3–18.

Teaching Format:
One-on-one online classes, 25 minutes per class.

Working Hours (China Time, UTC+8):
Part-time & full-time positions available.
Working window: 13:00–23:00

• Part-time: 4 hours per day between 18:00–23:00 (Chinese peak hours)

• Full-time: 8 hours per day, 4 hours during 18:00–23:00 peak hours, the other 4 hours flexible

Part-time vs Full-time:

• Part-time: 4 hours during peak hours only.

• Full-time: 8 hours per day, with 4 peak hours + 4 flexible hours.

You will be paid for every class you complete.
We will assign classes based on your available time, so you don’t need to worry about scheduling.
