Responsibilities
1. Provide one - on - one English courses through online teaching platforms for learners of different ages and English levels, covering but not limited to daily oral English, business English, exam coaching, etc.
2. Carefully design course content and teaching plans based on learners' study needs and actual proficiency levels to ensure the courses are interesting and practical, and stimulate learners' interest in learning.
3. Actively guide learners to participate in interactions in class, encourage them to speak out, promptly correct their pronunciation and grammar mistakes, and provide professional and effective learning feedback and suggestions.
4. Understand learners' progress and needs, continuously optimize teaching methods and course content, and enhance learners' learning experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Filipino nationality. English as a mother tongue or equivalent proficiency, with standard pronunciation and a solid knowledge of grammar.
2. At least 5 years of English teaching experience. Those holding relevant teaching qualification certificates such as TESOL and TEFL will be given priority.
3. Proficient in using online teaching tools and platforms, able to adapt to the remote teaching model, and possess a good network environment and teaching equipment.
4. Have strong communication and classroom - organizing abilities, be patient and responsible, and be able to flexibly adjust teaching methods according to learners' characteristics.
5. Love English teaching, be passionate about the education cause, and have good teamwork spirit and service awareness.
