Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver one-on-one：25-minute English classes to children (ages 4–12)
2. Instruct diverse courses： including textbook-based lessons, reading/writing workshops, English picture books, animation-supported sessions, and Cambridge exam preparation.
3. Utilize the complete courseware provided by the platform to ensure engaging, high-quality instruction.
Requirements
1. Native or near-native English pronunciation, with strong communication skills to convey content clearly and effectively.
2. Passion for education, patience, and a sense of responsibility; ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups.
3. Tech Setup: Stable high-speed internet, professional setup (computer, headset, webcam).
4. Prior English teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certification is highly preferred.
