●Teaching content:Teaching English to young children, business English, everyday conversation, job interviews, free talks or visa interviews.
●Student Body:Students are children aged 3~16 and adults (18 years old and above)，

●Key Responsibilities:
Teach fun, one-on-one online English classes to young learners in China（aged 3~16）.
Use our ready-made young learners curriculum.for example
Create positive and engaging lessons that help kids learn and build confidence.
●Teaching Format:One-to-one lessons, each lesson lasts 25 minutes
●Working hours:
Part-time: 4 hours between 18:00-22:00 (peak teaching hours in China)
Full-time: 8 hours a day, of which 4 hours need to be completed between 18:00-22:00, and the remaining 4 hours can be flexibly arranged
●Difference Between Part-time and Full-Time:
Part-time teachers are required to work 4 hours during specific peak hours
Full-time teachers work 8 hours a day, 4 of which are during peak hours and the other 4 hours can be flexibly selected according to individual arrangements
Whether part-time or full-time, you will be paid accordingly for completing the course
We schedule the classes according to the available time you provide, and you don't need to worry about scheduling
Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Certification: Valid teaching certification.
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching preferred.
• Personality: Outgoing, actively engaging and motivating students.
• Skills: Communication skills and sense of responsibility.
• Technical Requirements: Desktop or laptop with a fast internet connection and audio & video capability.
• Passion: Genuine love for online teaching and teaching English to young learners.
